By using this website and the services provided by Albrix Digital (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service:
🔹 1. Services
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Albrix Digital makes no guarantees regarding specific results, including but not limited to response rates, lead generation outcomes, or revenue increases.
🔹 2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse, abuse, or exploit the services provided.
This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in unlawful activity, spamming in violation of applicable laws, or using the service in a way that may harm the Company’s systems, reputation, or other clients.
🔹 3. Messaging Limits & Overage Fees
Each service plan includes a maximum number of outbound messages as defined in the Client’s selected package (“Included Usage”).
If the Client exceeds the Included Usage, additional messages will be billed at a rate of [$X per message or $X per additional block of messages], unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that usage beyond the Included Usage may result in additional charges.
Albrix Digital may, but is not obligated to, notify the Client upon approaching or exceeding the Included Usage.
Continued use of the services beyond the Included Usage constitutes acceptance of any applicable overage charges, which may be billed automatically.
All overage charges are non-refundable once incurred.
🔹 4. Payments & Billing
All fees are due as outlined in the selected service plan or agreement.
By purchasing services, the Client authorizes Albrix Digital to charge any applicable fees, including overage charges, to the payment method on file.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
🔹 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albrix Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
🔹 6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
